A Delaware judge officially ended the case against Hunter Biden just two days after President Joe Biden granted him a full pardon for federal gun and tax crimes. U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika terminated the proceedings,
citing a lack of binding precedent. The pardon came after months of denial by the president regarding any plans to pardon his son. Prosecutors, however, urged the judge to terminate the case without dismissing the indictment, allowing the record to remain.
