he had developed emphysema after years of smoking. Lynch’s iconic works include Eraserhead, Blue Velvet, and Mulholland Drive, while his 1990s TV series Twin Peaks remains a cultural touchstone. Known for his unsettling yet humorous style, Lynch’s legacy lives on in his exploration of the human psyche, encapsulated by his own words from Twin Peaks: “Fix your hearts or die.”
